REDHILL TOWN FILMS SUBMISSION RELEASE AGREEMENT

By submitting any materials (“Material”) to Redhill Town Films (“Company”), you agree to the following:

1. Ownership of Material

You represent and warrant that you are the creator and rightful owner of the Material you submit, or that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit the Material.

Submission of Material does not transfer ownership of the Material to the Company. You retain all rights to your work unless a separate written agreement is executed between you and the Company.

2. No Obligation

Submission of Material does not obligate the Company to review, develop, produce, finance, or otherwise use the Material. The Company may accept or reject submissions at its sole discretion.

No compensation or contractual relationship is created by the submission itself.

3. No Confidential Relationship

Submitting Material to the Company does not create a confidential, fiduciary, or agency relationship between you and the Company.

The Company may currently be developing, or may in the future develop, projects that are similar in theme, concept, or format to submitted materials. You acknowledge that similarity between projects may occur independently.

The Company will not use your submitted Material without entering into a separate written agreement with you.

4. If a Project Is Selected

If the Company elects to develop or produce the submitted Material, the parties will enter into a separate written production agreement governing the project.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects selected for production will be produced under the Company’s banner and ownership of the produced project will be assigned to the Company.

Any compensation, credit, and ownership terms will be defined in a separate written production agreement if the project is selected.

5. Compensation

Submission of Material is voluntary and does not entitle the creator to financial compensation.

If a submitted project is selected for development or production, compensation may be offered at the Company’s discretion, but only if agreed to in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Unless otherwise specified in such an agreement, participation in the Company’s productions may be unpaid, with benefits including production resources, collaboration, and appropriate on-screen credit.

6. Representations

By submitting Material, you represent and warrant that:

  • The Material is original or you have the right to submit it.

  • The Material does not knowingly infringe upon the rights of any third party.

  • You have the authority to agree to these terms.

7. Release

To the extent permitted by law, you release the Company from any claims arising from the review, evaluation, rejection, or independent development of projects similar to the submitted Material.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state in which the Company is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
