REDHILL TOWN FILMS SUBMISSION RELEASE AGREEMENT

By submitting any materials (“Material”) to Redhill Town Films (“Company”), you agree to the following:

1. No Confidential Relationship

You acknowledge that no confidential, fiduciary, or agency relationship is created by your submission. The Material is submitted voluntarily and without expectation of confidentiality.

2. Similar Projects

You understand and agree that Company may be developing, producing, or have previously developed projects similar in theme, idea, format, or concept to your Material. You agree that you will not be entitled to compensation as a result of any similarities.

3. No Obligation

Company has no obligation to review, produce, finance, or otherwise exploit the Material. Submission does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or contractual obligation.

4. No Compensation

You understand that submission alone does not entitle you to compensation of any kind. Compensation, if any, will only be governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

5. Ownership Prior to Selection

You represent and warrant that you own all rights to the submitted Material and that it does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

6. If Selected for Production

If Company elects to produce the Material, the parties agree to enter into a separate written Production and Rights Agreement. No rights are transferred unless and until that separate agreement is executed.

7. Release

You release Company from any claims arising from review, evaluation, or rejection of the Material, including claims relating to similarity of ideas.

By submitting, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
